Competency systems are recommended to Customers who intend to combine a variety of management-related processes and procedures. By gathering and defining notions that so far have been used intuitively, results in regulating (and increasing the efficiency of the entire organization) the following HR processes:

Recruitment and selection of employees (analysis of recruitment needs, candidates’ profiles, selection tools), adaptation of new employees (development planning), assessment of professional potential (Assessment and Development Center), periodic appraisal, 360° feedback, training and development (defining training needs, designing training and coaching, succession plans).

 

Depending on the Customer’s needs, we offer competency systems based on general definitions or calibrated behavioural indices.
